There are fun times ahead. The design of stormwater systems is getting interesting. Below is a smattering of vendors and stormwater design/simulation products that I am familiar with and will comment on.
Am I missing a version or two? If so, let me know. Hopefully, I can get a copy to review.
While I have always thought we needed an application to help us go from existing to proposed without needing full reconstruction, we are not there yet.
Should I use SWOT or Wardley Map each?
Autodesk:
Autodesk’s Water applications range from the acquisitions to the recently acquired Innovyze portfolio.
Hydraflow Storm Sewer
Peak flow, Size & Grade Pipes, Gutter Spread, Calculate EGL/HGL, IDF Rainfall, Approx Junction Loss
Analyze Gravity Networks
Similar to Hydraflow, but stepped into 3rd Edition
AutoCAD Civil 3D
Plan Production, and 3D Information Model.
Autodesk Storm and Sanitary Analysis
Time-based Simulation - Hydraulic routing
InfoDrainage
Design, SUDS Design and Simulation
InfoWorks ICM
Time-based Simulation - Hydraulic Routing
Innovzye:
It's still Autodesk, but the Innovyze division should remain available until May 2025.
XPSWMM
Time-based Simulation, Iterative Designer
Tuflow:
Now, Tuflow supports using the EPA-SWMM engine together with a 2D engine, which is a serious step toward easily replacing XPSWMM. Tuflow works with QGIS, ArcGIS Pro, and MapInfo as Viewing and GIS platforms.

Bentley:
StormCAD
GVF / Peak Flow, Size & Grade Pipes, Gutter Spread, Calculate EGL/HGL, IDF Rainfall, Junction losses
Bentley OpenRoads and other flavors
Plan Production with Drainage calculations similar to StormCAD.
PondPack
Time-based rainfall - hydraulic routing
Open-Source based Engines
Various User Interfaces that run the EPA-SWMM engine solely.
Here are some companies whose products I am aware of but have not used.
CivilGEO
I caught and added this the other day.
GeoSTORM (here)
Hydrology Studio
These look similar to the Hydraflow tools that Autodesk purchased from the same developer.

Addendum:
Ask and I shall deliver.
Watercom
DRAINS—Australian tool. I reviewed this while working on the Autodesk 12d importer. I recall it having an SWMM engine for hydraulics with Australian runoff. I will need to refresh my memory once I get to this.
Aquaveo
WMS & HY12 - Forgot this one too.
